I have not faced much issues in the Stiletto theme after using it for over an year. There have been some discussions with their support lead Mitch over bugs and improvement areas some of which were addressed and resolved. So overall the journey has been smooth and many useful and important features are available in Stiletto. Support team should be more proactive in responding.

Found a small bug while building my store. Reached out to support, found a quick workaround and I moved on with launching my site. Over three months later, the same agent emailed to say the bug was patched—AND had gone in and tested it on my store. That level of follow-up and care blew me away. The theme is great, but the support team behind it is even better.

The theme is very complete and has a lot of useful features, especially for fashion stores with many SKUs. It’s been working well for our needs. The email support is also great — quick and helpful.
