Prestige looks elegant but is far too restrictive for customization. Many layout and design elements can’t be modified, even with coding experience. You can’t know this before purchase because the trial doesn’t show the code. Support was polite, but no refund or credit option exists. A beautiful theme, but only for those who need fixed layouts — not flexibility.

Thank you for your feedback! Our themes are indeed visually opinionated. We prioritize strong, cohesive design out of the box instead of offering hundreds of settings that make setup more complex. That said, everything in our themes can be customized with code. There are no locked or “unmodifiable” elements, but you indeed need having coding knowledge to make deeper changes.
