Das Focal wurde uns empfohlen - es ist auch recht schön und man kann einiges einstellen, aber eben auch sehr viel nicht. Wir haben auch immer wieder das Problem, dass Vorlagen verschwinden. Vor allem auf der Startseite. Videos bspw. laufen im Theme, auf der Webseite aber nicht. Keine weitere Einstellung gefunden um diese Probleme zu lösen, auch unsere Programierer weiß nicht weiter. Schade

Complete waste of money. Bad and incomplete features and bad customer support. Just get yourself the new Shopify themes (for example Horizon). They have way more customization options and the new AI tool to generate sections is great. And they are free. Update: No it is not unfair. Your reply to my questions did not solve any of the issues. Additionally your reply was very late.

We're sorry to hear you're not liking the theme, but saying the support is bad when we answered you long messages to guide you is a bit unfair. However, it is true support does not cover customizations. We want to remind merchants that theme can be tried for free for an unlimited period of time. Please make sure you carefully review the theme before purchasing it to ensure it fits your use case.
